The Nation Queen Letizia surprises as she goes down to the crypt of the Jesuit ruins

The Queen of Spain put everyone in trouble when she spontaneously decided to go down to the catacombs of the Jesuit ruins of Trinidad, in Itapúa, which she was not expected to do. Indeed, from her arrival at the historic place Doña Letizia, she was impressed by the buildings that left the reductions and did not want to miss any details during her visit.

As she toured the place, accompanied by the first lady, Silvana Abdo, the illustrious visitor followed closely the explanations of Édgar Paredes, official guide of the National Tourism Secretariat (Senatur), when at one point they arrived in the area where a vault is located.

Almost in the center is a stone crypt, partly rebuilt by contemporary specialists, where some of the main Spanish religious leaders were buried.

The queen asked if she could go down to the place where the Jesuit missionaries' tombs were, which caused some doubt and surprise among those around her, but at the insistence of the queen, she and the first host lady were able to descend to the site in the midst of the plight of the members of her security.

Netizens expressed their praise for the intrepid Doña Letizia's way of being and for the real interest she shows in Paraguay as demonstrated by this visit, which is the only international solo trip she makes this year.

"I love her, she encourages everything, she's a very brave lady," wrote a Facebook poster, while others expressed admiration for the remarkable simplicity of the Queen consort of Spain, both in her way of dressing and in her way of interacting with people.

With regard to his look and the highly commented red vest he has worn since his arrival in Paraguay, it is a garment that the queen and her collaborators always wear when they make humanitarian and cooperative trips to other countries.

During the visit to the Jesuit ruins, it could be seen that Paraguay's First Lady, Silvana Abdo, also adopted a similar style, wearing a brown vest on a set of light-tone T-shirts and trousers.
