The lawsuit, filed last month by district attorneys for Los Angeles, Sonoma, Napa and Alameda counties, alleged that Yeezy had falsely advertised its shipment and violated state law by failing to ship online orders within within a period of 30 days.

Last month, a judge approved a request by the artist formerly known as Kanye West, who legally changed his name to Ye.

Designs and sells sneakers under the Yeezy brand in collaboration with Adidas. The company also manufactures and sells clothing. Adidas was not named as a defendant in the lawsuit.

Representatives for Yeezy did not immediately return an emailed request for comment.

The settlement includes $800,000 in civil penalties to district attorneys' offices, $50,000 in restitution to a state consumer protection fund, and $100,000 in investigative costs.
