C. Tangana launches, together with Bershka, a retro-style collection faithful to the style of El Madrileño C. Tangana launches, together with Bershka, a retro-style collection faithful to the style of El Madrileño

C. Tangana has teamed up with Bershka to create a new capsule collection where, far from the characteristic neighborhood aesthetic of trap -which we could better see in the Bad Gyal collection with the low cost store-, El Madrileño has opted for designs retro much more seventies and with touches of the 90s.

This is Late Checkout, the new fashion brand from C. Tangana

This is the first time that the singer has entered the most affordable branch of the fashion world, since in April he launched his signature Late Checkout, created in collaboration with the stylist Alex Turrión, whose prices belonged to the luxury sector and It was inspired by the hotels of the American high society of the 1960s.

Following a vintage look, C. Tangana brings us a line of trendy men's and women's clothing that has come to revolutionize street style to adopt an aesthetic of a dandy from the suburbs. To celebrate, the artist has relaunched his hit Too Many Women in a new video clip where we can see him, along with a model, with each of the garments in the collection.

Although the line is separated by gender, all the garments have a unisex design, faithful to the El Madrileño aesthetic, in the colors navy blue, brown and burgundy. An example of this is the navy blue jacket suit that has immediately become the star of the collection.

One of the fabrics that stands out the most in this collection is synthetic leather, which we can find in brown bell-bottoms, cropped blazers or corset tops.

On the other hand, velvet is also one of the protagonists, with a retro-inspired jumpsuit, flared legs and a V-neckline in burgundy. With this fabric we also find some slippers of the same color and the seal of El Madrileño.

The XL lapels are another of the most outstanding elements of the line, along with oversize garments and designs that seek to create an hourglass silhouette. Tight-fitting dresses with short sleeves and turtle necks also have a great role, being able to find them with fur fabric, jacquard print or velvet.

Finally we can find more basic and not so risky garments that, however, do not lose the essence of El Madrileño, such as cotton t-shirts with the words Puchito! o Unruly in them, sweatshirts with prints by the artist or a navy blue round neck sweater.

Bershka wanted the work of Iván Floro, the artist behind C. Tangana's album covers, to be present in the line, commissioning several exclusive works that have been reflected in the garments, which we can already find in some selected physical stores.

The collection is now available both online and in stores and presses range from €39.99 to €15.99.
