In this third program of the season, El Silbato brings women's sports, observation and conclusions.
GETAFE | Sara Blanco: "We have a team that I think can give a lot"
The Getafe Volleyball Club has numerous categories. The female senior is in third position in the VCM League. Sara Blanco, a player on the team, acknowledges that the team is "fighting" with a view to "moving to the next phase as third parties".
Regarding the growth of the Club, Sara explains that this year it has rejoined the federated leagues, with which she considers that "the club is growing" and that "it has a very promising future".
Regarding the involvement of the municipal government, the player thinks that "a little more" is being implemented that institutional help. "They allow us to have sports facilities and do the sport we like in schools, in sports centers..." explains Sara. In addition, he claims to notice "now much more" that support with the Getafe Municipal Volleyball League.

The Club has a very promising future
Regarding the appointment of Getafe as a European City of Sports, Sara hopes to receive the importance that is required "at the facility level" and that this event brings "relevance" to all the sports groups in the municipality.
