Lay's Vodka is made with a blend of Portland Potato Vodka and vodka distilled from Lay's proprietary potatoes. Lay's French fries are made with a variety of potatoes developed in-house by Frito-Lay's food scientists. They are drier and grainier potatoes than the Russet, Yukon Golds and Red potatoes usually found on the market.

Lay's Crisp Vodka is not spiced up for a potato chip flavor, it has been kept simple, a straight 80 proof vodka with a “crisp, clean finish”.
